An Ayurvedic Perspective

This Vedic Counseling for supporting the mind integrates ancient Vedic wisdom and Ayurvedic perspective with modern coaching techniques to guide individuals toward holistic well-being, purpose, and a fulfilling life by addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. We use a holistic approach to tackle mental health in the modern world by using ancient Vedic teachings. An interest in Vedic Arts and previous study of Ayurveda (self ) may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
