About the event

You will learn to turn your kitchen cabinet into a kitchen pharmacy with spices that balance your digestion and constitution. Seasoned Ayurvedic Practitioner Monica B Groover, and famous Ayurvedic cook Pandit Atul Krishna will talk about Ayurvedic Spices, Herbs and demonstrate cooking of some delicous vegetarian Ayurvedic food to calm the winter blues and vata dosha. Learn to make Ayurvedic cranberry chutney, festive soup with ghee, and your own spice mix.

If you sign up for a separate consultation, we will assess the state of your digestion (Agni test) with the help of our students And, you can take your customized spice mix home.
