Pre requisite Successful Completion of Block 2 Ayurveda Counselor
Duration Four courses, Four semesters and onsite workshhops
*Knowledge of Human Anatomy and Physiology Systems, and, other holistic modalities.
* If a student has no background in Anatomy and Physiology at the Post Secondary Level – students are required to take these courses elsewhere, or, from OLI or any MOOC course.
Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner is an advanced program that is offered to students who have successfully completed all requirements for Block 2 Ayurveda Counselor.
Four semesters of online classes, onsite workshops and, supervised Clinical Encounters with (Online, Virtually as well as onsite)
The program is made up of four semesters, and, four separate courses. Each course and semester requires a separate enrollment. This is because we offer work study for some courses, and, do not offer it for others.
The four courses are
1. Bhashajya Kalpana
2. Roga Nidana and Cikitsa
3. Caraka Samhita
This program is 90% online and requires and internship/workshop at our location.

The 1008 Hour Certificate Ayurvedic Practitioner Program is based on Ayurveda’s holistic way of living and health and fulfills NAMA requirements for a 1000- 1500 Hour Ayurveda Wellness Practitioner.
The AWP program includes all the curriculum in our Level 1 and Level 2 program of Ayurveda Health Counselor, and, continues where the counselor program ends. This comprehensive Ayurveda education focuses on Bhaishajya Kalpana, Dravya, vyadhis and Nidan from Madhava Nidana, and, Caraka Samhita. This course focuses on Hetus (causative factors) that cause imbalance, Advanced principles of preparations of Herbs, weights and measures, posology, Advanced Nutrition protocols for dosha, dhatu and mala vikrti, as well as stringent case study and client encounters giving you the necessary preparatory tools to start your practice.
Course is blended – online, distant learning, an INTENSIVE at our location and LIVE virtual classes twice times a week.
Experiential with lots of case studies, the course is highly interactive and dynamic learning experience.
If a student misses a ‘class’, a recording link is provided.
There are some work study opportunities that are available for the top students.
